Cinta Polisi

This policy is stated in the Offer Letter for those who join the company starting from 16 June 2009 onwards:

• an employee cannot during his/her employment marry anyone who is a recipient of an education loan/scholarship/ from PET or who is bonded to work for PET or who is already work with PET.
• in the event an employees marries anyone who is a recipient of an education load/scholarship from PET or who is bonded to work for PET or who is already employed by PET, the employee or his/her will be required to resign forthwith.
• if neither the employee or his/her spouse elect to resign, the Company shall terminate the service of the employee; UNLESS the employee's spouse is more junior in service and is subjected to this policy in which event, the service of the employee's spouse shall be terminated. otherwise, if the employee's spouse is more senior in the service and not subjected to this policy, then the service of the employee shall be terminated.

Ramai yang sinis berkata kompeni PET ini dihuni oleh ramai kroni. Jadi, polisi terbaru ni merupakan salah satu usaha murni untuk mengatasi semua cakap-cakap orang sekeliling. Ya, kalian di luar sana boleh berperi tentang apa sahaja berkenaan kami di dalam sini. Tapi kini, yang terkena tempiasnya adalah kami. Terpaksalah, bermula hari ini jika aku mahu mencari calon isteri di kalangan warga PET, ada 5 ciri yang perlu aku selidiki.

Aku sangat mengerti betapa ada banyak rasional mulia yang mesti aku hormati di sebalik polisi baru ni. Justeru, walau apapun yang terjadi, walau apapun polisi yang dikuatkuasakan, aku tetap cintakan syarikat kebanggaan ramai ni.



Sayang, jangan risau ya. Kita tetap akan bersama selamanya. Genap 2 bulan sahaja lagi.
